pursuant to section 198 Of the Companies Act 1985 that Prudential Assurance
Company Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital
of the Company. Certain companies within the Prudential plc group of companies
continue to have notifiable interests in 9,521,883 ordinary shares Of the
Company, representing 16.98% of the issued share capital of the Company.
