The 600 Group PLC announces that it has been notified on 12 February 2009 pursuant to the Disclosure & Transparency Rules by Prudential plc that Prudential plc and certain of its subsidiary companies have an interest in 7,200,000 ordinary 25p shares of the Company, all with voting rights, representing 12.58% of the issued share capital of the Company.
