pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985:
 

(i)         by Barclays PLC that Barclays PLC has an interest in 6,402,447 
            ordinary shares of the Company representing 11.26% of the issued 
            share capital of the Company and
 

(ii)        by Platinum Fund Managers (Holdings) Limited that Platinum Fund 
            Managers Ltd has an interest in 3,244,552 ordinary shares of the 
            Company representing 5.707% of the issued share capital of the 
            Company.
