the Companies Act 1985 that, following a recent transaction, Jupiter Asset 
Management, on behalf of its client, Jupiter Enhanced Income Investment Trust 
PLC, has an interest in 2,350,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, 
which represents 4.19% of the issued share capital of the Company.
