The Circular dated 3 August 2010 titled "Approval of Waiver of Obligation under Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Related Party Transactions, Capital Reorganisation and Notice of General Meeting" has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at their Document Viewing Facility at the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
