The 600 Group PLC announces that its issued share capital consists of 57,233,679
ordinary shares of 25 pence each, all with voting rights, the increase being
attributable to the allotment of shares under The 600 Group Sharesave Scheme.

The 600 Group Plc further announces that it has today been informed by Mr
Stephen Rutherford, a director of the Company that he has today purchased 20,000
ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company, all with voting rights. Mr
Rutherford's total holding in the Company is 20,000 shares
