The 600 Group PLC announces that in accordance with the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, its issued share capital has increased to 57,134,203
ordinary shares of 25p each, all with voting rights, the increase being due to
the allotment of shares to participants in The 600 Group PLC 2000 Sharesave
Scheme.
