PDMR Dealing

AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry, announces it was notified on 8 March 2019 that Stephen Neads, a PDMR of the Company, transferred 5,000 ordinary shares on 7 March 2019 to his wife Rita Neads, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Mr Neads and his wife Mrs Neads both remain interested in 82,986 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
