Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for 3,142,947 ordinary shares of 10 pence to be admitted to the
Official List.

These shares are being issued as result of the exercise of share options under
the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.

These shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the
Company.
