Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 3,832,753 ordinary shares of 10 pence to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares are being issued as a result of the commencement of the exercise period for share awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (2009).

They will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
