Announcement by Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited ("HDFC Limited")

The Company notes that HDFC Limited has today announced that in connection with the proposed Initial Public Offering ("IPO") of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited ("HDFC Life"), the price band for the IPO has been fixed between Rs.275 to Rs.290 per equity share.

The announcement also reconfirmed that the IPO of HDFC Life will be open for subscription to Anchor Investors on Monday 6 November 2017, and to the public on Tuesday 7 November 2017 and shall close on Thursday 9 November 2017.
