The right granted to Mr Iannicelli in December 2007 to acquire matching shares at a future date vested on 20 December 2010, and as a result he acquired a further 9 matching shares on 20 December 2010.

This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR 3.1.4 (R).
