Notification of Interest of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Further to the announcement released on 13 March 2015, the Company wishes to confirm shareholdings of its Directors and PDMRs following the consolidation of the Company's entire ordinary share capital.  As announced, shareholders have exchanged each holding of 11 ordinary shares of 10 pence each for 9 ordinary shares of 12²/₉ pence each.

Immediately after the consolidation, the interests of each Director and PDMR and those of their Connected Persons in the Company were as set out below.  The percentage interest of the ordinary shares of the Company that these interests represent did not change as a result of the consolidation.
