Standard Life Aberdeen plc ('the Company') was advised on 21 May 2019 by Link Market Services Trustees Limited that on 21 May 2019 the Trustees of The Standard Life Share Plan ('SLSP') purchased ordinary shares of 13⁶¹/₆₃   pence each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange on behalf of the executive directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities listed below. 

The shares were purchased as a result of the reinvestment of the 2018 final dividend for participants in the SLSP.  The purchase price was £2.630000 per share.
