Standard Life plc ("the Company") announces the proposed dividend timetable for calendar year 2015, as below:

Dividend dates

Final Dividend (2014)

(Full Year results announcement date:    20 February 2015)

Ex-dividend date:		9 April 2015
Record date:		10 April 2015*
Payment date:		19 May 2015

Interim Dividend (2015)

(Half Year results announcement date:    4 August 2015)

Ex-dividend date:		10 September 2015
Record date:		11 September 2015
Payment date:		20 October 2015

* As announced today, the Company currently expects to execute a return of value and share consolidation prior to 6 April 2015.  The final dividend would therefore be paid on the resulting number of shares in issue at 10 April 2015 following the consolidation.
