HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited ("HDFC Life") appointments

The Company notes the announcement by HDFC Life today of the following Board appointments:

·     Ms Vibha Padalkar has been appointed Managing Director and CEO for a period of 3 years with effect from today's date.

·     Mr Suresh Badami has been appointed as a Whole-time Director for a period of 3 years commencing on 17 September 2018. 

The appointments were made by the HDFC Life Board on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.  The terms of the appointments are subject to approval by the shareholders and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
