Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation filed a disaggregation letter with the FCA on 25 June 2015 notifying the FCA that Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation will disaggregate its holding from the holding of its following subsidiaries: 　・MU Investments Co.,Ltd. 　・Mitsubishi UFJ Kokusai Asset Management Co.,Ltd. 　・Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management (UK) Ltd. 　・Mitsubishi UFJ Baillie Gifford Asset Management Limited. Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. filed a disaggregation letter with the FCA on 26 June 2015 notifying the FCA that Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. will disaggregate its holding from the holding of its following subsidiaries: 　・Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation 　・MU Investments Co., Ltd. 　・Mitsubishi UFJ Kokusai Asset Management Co., Ltd. 　・Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management (UK) Ltd. 　・Highmark Capital Management Inc.
