Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Standard
Life plc ('the Company') hereby notifies that, as at the date of this
announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,106,273,850
ordinary shares with each share carrying the right to one vote.
The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company, as at the date of this
announcement, is therefore 2,106,273,850.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
