The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting, held at One Bow
Churchyard, London EC4M 9HH, at 12.30pm on Tuesday, 27 November 2001, the
Ordinary Resolutions numbered 1 to 6 and Special Resolutions numbered 7 and 8
as set out in the Notice of the Meeting were passed unanimously.
