Drawdown of Debt

The Company announces that it has drawn down an additional US$ 9 million under its £20 million multi currency loan facility with State Street Bank and Trust Company (the "Facility") and fixed for one month at an all-in rate of 1.09855%.

This means that a total of £10.9 million has now been drawn down under the Facility.
