2002 Prudential plc and certain of its subsidiary companies are interested in
4,000,000 Ordinary 25p shares, representing 14.95% of the issued share capital.
The shares are registered as PRUCLT HSBC GIS NOM(UK) PAC AC.

Companies holding an interest are Prudential plc, M&G Group Limited, M&G
Investment Management Limited, M&G Limited, Scottish Amicable Life plc and The
Prudential Assurance Company Limited.

An internal transfer between clients resulted in a reduction in the holding of
Scottish Amicable Life plc to 1,200,000 Ordinary 25p shares, representing 4.49%
of the issued share capital.
