Result of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the resolutions proposed at the Annual General
Meeting held on 27 November 2003 were all duly passed.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Warrantholders was not quorate,
accordingly, that meeting has been adjourned to 10.30 a.m. on Wednesday 17
December 2003 at One Bow Churchyard, London EC4M 9HH.
