Result of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the nine resolutions proposed at the Annual General
Meeting held on 23 November 2005 were all duly passed.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Warrantholders was not quorate,
accordingly, that meeting has been adjourned to 12.35 p.m. on Wednesday 30
November 2005 at One Bow Churchyard, London EC4M 9HH.
