Total Voting Rights AMENDMENT

 The following amendment has been made to the Total Voting Rights announcement released on 1 September 2009 at 16:15 under RNS No 3498Y

The Total shares in issue as at 31 August 2009 is 32,880,307, of which 1,749,221 shares are held in treasury and do not have any votes attaching. Accordingly the total number of shares in issue with voting rights is 31,130,986 Ordinary shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at 31 August 2009 is 31,130,986, with each share holding one voting right. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to that interest, in the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 

The Company also holds 1,749,221 shares in Treasury.
