Announcement of Second Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2013 of 1.8p (2012 second interim 1.55p) which will be payable on 23 August 2013 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 19 July 2013, ex-dividend date 17 July 2013.

As previously stated, it is intended that, in total, the first three interim dividend payments will represent an increase in the proportion of the Company's distributable revenue, so that shareholders will receive a greater proportion of the Company's dividend distributions earlier. At the present stage it is the Board's intention to pay a fourth interim dividend at least at the same level as last year but a final decision on this will be made, and announced, on or around 10 January 2014.
