Announcement of Third Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2016 of 2.0p (2015: 2.0p) which will be payable on 17 November 2016 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 21 October 2016, ex-dividend date 20 October 2016.

The Board has now declared three interim dividends of 2.0p and, as previously reported, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, expects to pay a fourth interim dividend of at least 2.5p in respect of the year ending 31 December 2016 (2015: four quarterly dividends paid totalling 8.5p).
