The Company announces the allotment of 160,999 Ordinary shares of no par value following the exercise of 160,999 Warrants to Subscribe for Ordinary shares of no par value in the period to 11 May 2010.

The issued share capital is now as follows:

111,250,999 Issued Ordinary shares

21,839,001 Warrants to Subscribe for Ordinary shares
