Announcement of First Interim Dividend

As indicated in the recent Annual Financial Report Announcement the Company will pay four interim dividends on a quarterly basis with effect from 1 January 2010 (previously two dividends were paid per annum).

The Directors of the Company have today declared a first interim quarterly dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2010 of 1.25 pence (2009: first interim declared in July covering the six months to 30 June 2009 of 2.0 pence is not directly comparable as this was a semi annual payment) which will be payable on 19 May 2010 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 30 April 2010, ex dividend date 28 April 2010.
