Announcement of First Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared an increased first interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2011 of 1.5p (2010 first interim 1.25p) which will be payable on 19 May 2011 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 3 May 2011, ex dividend date 27 April 2011.

As previously stated, in respect of the year ending 31 December 2011 and in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the Board expects to declare three quarterly dividends of 1.5p per Ordinary share with the fourth interim to be determined in early 2012.
