Announcement of First Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared an increased first interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2012 of 1.55p (2011 first interim 1.5p) which will be payable on 18 May 2012 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 25 April 2012, ex-dividend date 27 April 2012.

As previously stated, in respect of the year ending 31 December 2012 and in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the Board expects to maintain the current practice of declaring three quarterly dividends of equal amounts in April, July and October with a fourth balancing interim to be determined in early 2013.
