Declaration of Fourth Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared a fourth quarterly interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2011 of 2.25p per share (2011: 2.25p).  The four quarterly dividends paid or payable in respect of the year to 31 December 2011, therefore total 6.75p.

This represents an increase of 12.5%, from 6p per share, on the total dividends in respect of the year to 31 December 2010. The fourth interim dividend will be payable on 17 February 2012 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 20 January 2012, ex-dividend date 18 January 2012.

In respect of the year ending 31 December 2012 and in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the Board expects to maintain the current practice of declaring three quarterly dividends of equal amounts in April, July and October with a fourth balancing interim to be determined in early 2013.
