Declaration of Fourth Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared a fourth quarterly interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2013 of 2.5p per Ordinary share of No Par Value (2013: 2.5p).  The four quarterly dividends paid or payable in respect of the year to 31 December 2013, therefore total 7.9p.

This represents an increase of 10.5%, from 7.15p per Ordinary share, on the total dividends paid in respect of the year to 31 December 2012. The fourth interim dividend will be payable on 18 February 2014 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 17 January 2014, ex-dividend date 15 January 2014.
