Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 16 February 2011, 150,000 new Ordinary shares were issued for cash at a price of 162.00 pence per share under its Ordinary share block listing facility. 

The Ordinary issued share capital is now 118,635,062 Ordinary shares.

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 118,635,062 with each Ordinary share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 118,635,062 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
