Notice of de-listing of Warrants

9 April 2013

Under the terms and conditions set out in the warrant instrument dated 15 December 2005 constituting the Warrants issued by the Company ("Warrants"), each Warrant conferred the right to subscribe for one Ordinary share in the Company at a subscription price of 120p, with the final subscription date being the twentieth business day after the despatch to Ordinary shareholders of the Company's Annual Report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012.  The Company posted its Annual Report for 2012 on 9 April 2013.  Accordingly, the final subscription date will be 8 May 2013. A letter was sent to holders of Warrants on 9 April 2013 reminding them of their final subscription rights.

Holders of Warrants are hereby notified that the notice period required under Listing Rule 5.2.8 in respect of the cancellation of the listing of the Warrants has now commenced and it is expected that such cancellation will take effect at 8.00 a.m. on 9 May 2013.
