Announcement of Second Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared a second quarterly interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2010 of 1.25p per share.  The first two quarterly dividends, covering the six months to 30 June 2010, therefore total 2.5p, compared to an interim dividend declared covering the six months to 30 June 2009 of 2.0p.  The dividend will be payable on 15 August 2010 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 23 July 2010, ex dividend date 21 July 2010.
