Announcement of Second Interim Dividend

The Board is pleased to declare an increased second interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2009 of 3.0p per Ordinary share (second interim for year ended 31 December 2008 2.75p) 
representing an increase of 9.1% on the level of last year's second interim dividend. The second interim dividend will be payable on 19 February 2010 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 22 January 2010, ex dividend date 20 January 2010.

The dividends payable for the year ended 31 December 2009 will total 5p per Ordinary share (2008 4.75p), an increase of 5.3%.
