Second Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2011 of 1.5p (2010 second interim 1.25p) which will be payable on 25 August 2011 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 22 July 2011, ex dividend date 20 July 2011.

As previously stated, in respect of the year ending 31 December 2011 and in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the Board expects to declare three quarterly dividends of 1.5p per Ordinary share with the fourth interim to be determined in early 2012.
