Announcement of Second Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2016 of 2.0p (2015: 2.0p) which will be payable on 21 August 2016 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 22 July 2016, ex-dividend date 21 July 2016.

As previously reported, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, it remains the Board's intention to declare four quarterly dividends during the current year totalling at least 8.5p per share (2015: 8.5p).
