Announcement of Third Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company have today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2015 of 2.0p (2014: 1.8p, but see below) which will be payable on 17 November 2015 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 23 October 2015, ex-dividend date 22 October 2015.

The Board has now declared three interim dividends of 2.0p and, as previously reported, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, expects to pay a fourth interim dividend of at least 2.0p in respect of the year ending 31 December 2015 (2014: four quarterly dividends paid totalling 8.0p).
