On 17 November 2015, Aberdeen Asian Income Fund Limited purchased in the market 50,000 Ordinary shares at 155.0 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
