Result of Annual General Meeting

Advance Developing Markets Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today resolutions 1 to 7 were passed on a show of hands.  Resolution 8, a special resolution to provide authority to issue new ordinary shares and/or sell ordinary shares held in treasury without application of pre-emption rights, was not passed on a poll.
