In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company announces that, at 31 March 2018, the total number of Ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company in issue was as follows:

51,186,729 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

3,431,778 Ordinary shares held in treasury

54,618,507 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)

The total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 51,186,729 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
