The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing
Authority for up to 4,583,062 ordinary shares of 25p each of the Company to be
admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for such shares
to be admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange in
connection with the exercise of warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares of
25p each.  It is expected that admission will become effective on 4 July 2001.
