Directorate Changes

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jim Grover as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 25 June 2013. Mr Grover is Group Strategy Director of Diageo plc and a member of its Executive Committee. He will retire from Diageo plc at the end of September 2013 following 20 years with the company. There is no information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R.

The Board also announces that, having served as a non-executive Director since 1998, Mr James MacLeod will retire from the Board at the Company's Annual General Meeting in January 2014. The Board would like to thank Mr MacLeod for his dedicated service to the Company throughout this period.
