Second Quarterly Dividend for the year to 30 September 2017

The Board of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it is declaring a second interim dividend in respect of the year to 30 September 2017 of 1.635 pence per share on the ordinary shares of the Company in relation to the quarter ended 31 March 2017 (a dividend of 1.635 pence per ordinary share was paid for the quarter ended 31 December 2016).

The second interim dividend will be paid on 28 April 2017 to shareholders on the register on 7 April 2017. The ex-dividend date will be 6 April 2017.

The last date for receipt of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 11 April 2017.

In line with good corporate governance the Board sought, and received, approval from shareholders for the Company's dividend policy at its Annual General Meeting held on 30 March 2017.
