Third Interim Dividend for the year ended 30 September 2020

The Board of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it is declaring a third interim dividend in respect of the year to 30 September 2020 of 1.36 pence per share on the Ordinary shares of the Company in relation to the quarter ended 30 June 2020.

The third interim dividend will be paid on 16 October 2020 to shareholders on the register on 25 September 2020. The ex-dividend date is 24 September 2020.

The last date for receipt of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 2 October 2020.

In line with best practice in corporate governance, the Board puts forward the Company's dividend policy for shareholder approval at each Annual General Meeting.
