Proposed authority for the Company to purchase its own shares
Morgan Grenfell Equity Income Trust PLC ('the Company') has today posted
its report and accounts for the year ended 30th September 1999, and
notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 11.00 am on Thursday
16th December 1999.
The Company has also posted a circular convening an Extraordinary
General Meeting on Thursday 16th December 1999 following the Annual General
Meeting, to approve an authority for the Company to purchase up to 14.99
per cent of its existing issued share capital and amendments to the Company's
Articles of Association.
