Retirement of Chairman

At the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting yesterday, Mr Charles Wood OBE, stepped down as Chairman.  Mr Wood was appointed as a Director of the Company in 2003 and had been Chairman of the Company since 2005.  The new Chairman is Mr Richard Burns, an existing Director of the Company.
