Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue as at 31 July 2015 is 42,126,691 with each share holding one voting right. There are no Ordinary shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 42,126,691 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to their interest, in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

There are also 5,197,076 Subscription shares of 0.01 pence, with no voting rights, in issue as at the same date.
