The Company has today issued a Circular with recommended proposals to approve the continuation of the Company and for a related amendment of the Company's articles of association.  Details of the proposals are provided in the Circular which will shortly be available on the Company's website  (www.aberdeenjapan.co.uk).

 A Copy of the Circular and GM Notice has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and the document will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
